Shipping, digital delivery and service fulfilment

Block Essentials: physical products

Block Essentials orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days after payment before dispatch. Working days exclude weekends and South African public holidays. Courier transit time is additional and starts after dispatch.

Current South African checkout rates are:

  • Standard delivery: R100 for orders below R770.
  • Free Standard delivery for orders of R770 or more.

TKB may use The Courier Guy, PUDO or another suitable courier service depending on the destination and available service. Supply accurate contact and delivery details at checkout.

We currently deliver within South Africa only. International shipping is not available yet.

If an item becomes unavailable or a material dispatch delay arises, TKB will contact the customer using the order details supplied. Where TKB is unable to fulfil an order, the customer will be notified and any required refund will be processed in accordance with applicable law.

Final delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Digital ebooks and downloads

Digital products are not shipped by courier and do not incur physical shipping charges. PDF downloads are supplied through Filemonk using the email address entered at checkout and the download button on the Thank You page. Check the email address supplied at checkout, including the spam or junk folder, and keep the order confirmation for reference.

Services

Services are delivered remotely unless the agreed scope states otherwise. Kreativ Audit is delivered within 3–5 working days after the required intake is completed. Strategy, Growth System and Automation schedules are confirmed against the agreed scope, required inputs and authorised account access before work begins.

Paid Growth scope, authorised access, reporting, attribution terms and the ongoing payment arrangement are confirmed during onboarding. The checkout payment covers the first month’s base service fee; advertising spend and any separately agreed attributed-sales fee are not included in that checkout amount.

Order and access support

Email thekreativblock@gmail.com with the order number for delivery, file-access or fulfilment assistance. Do not send banking passwords or payment credentials.
