Recurring collections start only after the service is approved and you have accepted the mandate; the first debit is scheduled after the month already paid at checkout.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhere the account type is eligible, TKB will request bank-authenticated DebiCheck approval. DebiCheck is not available for company bank accounts; those accounts use Netcash's approved electronic debit-order mandate process. The bank may ask you to approve the mandate in your banking app or through another bank channel.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe \u003cstrong\u003e10% attributed-sales performance fee is separate\u003c\/strong\u003e: it is never part of the fixed debit-order mandate. Each month TKB verifies attribution against the measurement method agreed with you, shares the supporting report, and sends a separate invoice for the confirmed amount.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe 10% fee applies to sales attributed to ads that TKB creates and builds, \u003cstrong\u003enot your entire business turnover\u003c\/strong\u003e. Before campaigns launch, we agree in writing on the measurement source, attribution window, duplicate-conversion handling, treatment of refunds and cancellations, taxes, and the billing period. For lead-generation campaigns, the link from an ad lead to a completed sale must also be agreed.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eWhat happens after purchase?\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAfter checkout, TKB confirms your objectives, scope, business information and authorised account access. Once Netcash has approved TKB's debit-order service, TKB sends the separate mandate invitation to the contact details supplied at checkout. Campaign work begins after the service scope and onboarding are agreed.
